Carolina BBQ Vinegar Sauce
As a carnivore, is there anything more satisfying than a hunk of charred meat smothered in sauce? I think not. Especially if said meat cooks in a slow cooker with little help from you and the lovely BBQ Vinegar Sauce whips up in, oh, three minutes. That’s my kind of dinner.

We make our Perfect Slow Cooker Pulled Pork more frequently than I should probably admit but we do so because it works. Beautifully. Every single time. It’s hard to beat that batting average (P.S. did you see that sports reference? Warren has changed me. I’m still not sure if I used the phrase correctly but it at least looks right).
We usually make a ketchup based BBQ sauce for this pork but sometimes my tastebuds need the tangy bliss that only vinegar can supply. Which is probably why I downed a bag of salt and vinegar chips alongside these gorgeous Pulled Pork BBQ Sliders. Vinegar chips + vinegar sauce is a great combination.

And what is pulled pork without slaw? Nothing, I say. While I am an equal opportunity slaw eater, I am partial to purple cabbage on pulled pork because the color is so vibrant and pretty.
Also, toasted Kings Hawaiian rolls is the way to go for pulled pork (sliders or not). Sweet rolls + perfectly seasoned pork + tangy sauce + crunchy purple slaw = all the ways to make me weak in the knees.

Is that too much to ask for, Michigan?
Is it really?
