Sweet And Salty Blueberry Popcorn

  • ¼ cup popcorn (or 2 bags microwave popcorn, no butter)
  • ½ package Almond Bark
  • 1 package freeze dried blueberries
  • 1 cup honey roasted peanuts
  • ½ cup cashews
  • silver sprinkles (optional)


  • Follow your air popper's instructions to pop ¼ cup kernels (alternatively, put kernels in a brown paper bag, fold the top over twice, and heat in minute intervals until the corn is popped). Put Almond Bark in a glass bowl and melt in minute intervals (should only take 2-2.5 minutes) until melted.
  • Line a large tray or two baking sheets with parchment paper (or put popcorn in a very large bowl). Drizzle with melted Almond Bark and sprinkle remaining ingredients. Use a wooden spoon to stir the popcorn so everything is evenly coated and toppings are evenly distributed.
